I find my experience with Scribe phenomenal because I can easily create how-to guides to help with network administration tasks, even when I'm not at work. What I like most is the Windows capture app, which allows me to capture the whole screen or specific apps, not just the browser screen. I don't like that for the best workflow, everyone on my team would need an account just to view scribes. But I've been able to work around that by making it to where anyone who has the link can view.
