The team is so so supportive. Scispot team has resident scientists and computational biologist who helps us write custom scripts, configure custom schema for databases, and give suggestions on workflow automation and data strategy. We have had a legacy LIMS before Scispot where it used to take anywhere between 48 hours to weeks to get a reply, however Scispot replies almost near time on Slack. I love how invested the team is to listen to customer feedback, questions, and suggestions. I really like how seemlessly I can integrate all my applications, instruments, and databases with Scispot GLUE. **What do you dislike about Scispot?** Nothing negative per se. I would probably want more connectors for Scispot GLUE as my lab grows with more instruments. The team is collaborative to make that happen **What problems is Scispot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using Scispot as a LIMS for High Throughput Screening workflows. ### 2. We also used Scispot to semi automate some of our study reports in complance with regulatory guidelines. My team liked Scispot's software ease of use and the Scispot team was also available to provide answers to any questions my team had. The transition to use of Scispot software took merely a couple of days and it is now integrated with our internal apps and instrumentation. **What do you dislike about Scispot?** Offhand there is nothing that I dislike about Scispot software. **What problems is Scispot solving and how is that benefiting you?** Centralizing all of our in vivo data and automating repetitive tasks while ensuring compliance. Scispot stood out as it is the most configurable platform - I pretty much configured my own sample and inventory manager in a few minutes using Scispot Labsheets and integration with scientific instrument is seemless. **What do you dislike about Scispot?** I would like to see more scientific out of the box analytics. Although Scispot has a great analytics app along with embedded Jupyter Hub, I would like more scientific analytics options. **What problems is Scispot solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am using Scispot for Inventory automation, and bringing data from qPCR instruments. Scispot automated my instrument ingestion from qPCR - I am also able to push data back to the instrument using their API and file type. This saved us a lot of time in the lab while running experiments. We also prepared our data model using Scispot Labsheets that can be accessed to build linkages between my plate, experiment and instrument data. ### 4. I was particularly impressed with the developer toolkit. Being able to easily integrate any molecular bio workflows and data into and out of Scispot was a boon. As someone deeply involved in tech, having secure plug-and-play APIs for LIMS and ELN at my disposal simplified many aspects of my work. Ordinary LIMS often fall short when it comes to providing a scalable data lake, but Scispot filled this gap efficiently. Labsheets enabled me to store and transform vast quantities of data, a crucial aspect in our data-heavy field. One of my favorite features was the inclusion of the Jupyter hub on Scispot. It was an invaluable tool for manipulating data from various instruments and other tools, with the flexibility of operating both synchronously and asynchronously. The Jupyter hub not only streamlined my data analysis but also opened up new opportunities for advanced exploration and processing. In short, my experience with Scispot was exceedingly positive.
