These features are pretty easy to understand and learn **What do you dislike about School Pathways SIS?** School Pathways is not as streamlined and user-friendly as I had hoped. It takes multiple steps to send emails through the software and connect outside apps. Customer support is not responsive. **What problems is School Pathways SIS solving and how is that benefiting you?** We began using School Pathways to replace another data software. We are a small independent charter school and need to connect parents, teachers, and administrators. We were able to use all the available functions to our benefit, especially attendance tracking and reporting ### 2. The reports tend to be inaccurate a few times and there are a lot of steps to take before getting anywhere. **What problems is School Pathways SIS solving and how is that benefiting you?** School Pathways is a great software when it comes to helping store all relevant data in one place in form of reports for k-12 students. It has made my job of assembling data easy ### 3. I like the report creator feature as it allows for quick customization of existing reports or the ability to create from scratch. From a teacher perspective, I like the quick links and the dashboard that can take me to my roster quickly an easily. **What do you dislike about School Pathways SIS?** I have noticed that the reports sometimes are not as accurate as they should be. The program often requires a lot of clicks to get where you want to go, even when using the dashboard to expedite the tasks you use most often. That being said, the click issue can be resolved by using touchscreens if you can afford them. **What problems is School Pathways SIS solving and how is that benefiting you?** School Pathways provides us with the necessary SIS needed to complete state, local and district reports necessary to keep our accreditation. It's very good at keeping the information organized and ready on a moment's notice, which we all know can happen with regulatory agencies. ### 4.
