I love the monthly sessions and over the moon that Robyn herself takes an active role in the relationships as well. The team at Schaffer AR have gone at our pace and capacity. We will retain the relationship in 2025 as we are thrilled with the results. **What do you dislike about Schaffer AR?** I wish we could leverage more of their capabilities. We are a small firm and as a result, we can't do it all. **What problems is Schaffer AR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were torn between hiring a full time/part time analyst relations manager or outsourcing, as we were not entirely sure of our needs. Schaffer AR came highly recommended through my network and I honestly can say, that our dedicated AR manager, is one of the nicest people on the planet. Highly organised. Professional beyond compare. We see her as one of our own. Our YoY results with analysts are visible and the investment is deemed as a success by management and investors. ### 2.
