Some times the UX is counter intuitive, after you've created your quote, in order to get a PDF you need to go back to the main page Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The main advantage is that it's very easy to use. With a few clicks you can send a quote to a customer. It's possible to send them directly via Socket or just download the generated quote and send it with your own email program. It has a connector to CRM's so that the quote automatically is saved as an opportunity in the CRM. When the prospect or customer receives a quote, they can order directly by clicking a button on the quote PDF.

Multi-currency is available.

There are some features that need to be improved. As they keep working on improving their tool, I'm really looking forward to these problems get solved soon: After an order, you can generate an invoice. By doing that, there is still some information from the quote included (this is no surprise, since it's still the quote but with an invoice title on it): "expires", "quote number" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Like our competitors we used to give our pricing only after we had qualified the lead and the customer interest but Socket has changed that thinking.

Now we have a Get a Quote button on our website and people can enter their information and be automatically emailed a quote along with supporting documentation (brochure, white papers).

This gives our prospects the confidence of knowing exactly where they stand.

The product also has a lot of features such as web callbacks and integration with products like Highrise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The product has no way of blacklisting gmail or hotmail accounts and this is something that I would like to see. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
