"Quoter saves the day!"

What do you like best about ScalePad Quoter?

Quoter allows me to cerate quotes customers understand and easily follow. The customers are able to quickly understand the MRC vs NRC line items and any special charges that are associated with them. And goodness is it nice having the line item details the customer can reference while they are reviewing the quote! And then the DocuSign approval process is so smooth and secure. What do you dislike about ScalePad Quoter?

Anything that can be done to make importing services/equipment for product catalog and also tieing to current inventory, would be very helpful. Also, get me as much as you can on how Quoter can be used with API's to Quoter and from Quoter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Thank you for the feedback Kevin - you may already be aware but we do offer a spreadsheet template to import services and/or products into Quoter. The downloadable template can be accessed within your account under: "Items" > "Import Items."

"Straightforward & Flexible Quoting tool"

What do you like best about ScalePad Quoter?

As a person who manages several legal entities, we were looking for a Quoting tool that would allow us to share company and contact details databases while creating a customizable quoting template with independent Legal Entity Details and logos.

The option of preloaded (but still editable) product lists is handy, allowing the account managers to use pre-loaded descriptions and revise them if needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScalePad Quoter?

Because we use the integration with another tool (Pipedrive), the Quotes open/accepted/lost metrics do not give 100% certainty. This might be because of how we manage that, but we find that the charts out of that other tool provide more detail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ScalePad Quoter?

We were using Excel spreadsheets for quoting, and as you can imagine, that came with a lot of user errors. Quoter changed the game for us. It syncs perfectly with our PSA tool, is simple to use, and we can trust the data that it is pulling/pushing from our different distributors and PSA tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScalePad Quoter?

What problems is ScalePad Quoter solving and how is that benefiting you?

E-Signature. Our clients love having this option. They also like being able to select optional items on the quote.

Accuracy. Quoter makes our quoting process so much more accurate than it was before

Approval Policies. We like being able to have an approval policy in place so our Sales Consultants have to have approval in certain scenarios Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ScalePad Quoter?

The ability to remember the names and addresses of re-quotes to my customers. Many find the timing to be very fast and accurate, I think the ease of the system is outstanding Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScalePad Quoter?

I cant think of anything I would change, I would however insist that you dont change the platform and keep it the way it is. Many platform concepts require update and more time spent re learning the system Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about ScalePad Quoter?

Easy to use. Templates make quoting time very short. I like the analytics it shows for your quotes created. Easy to upload price changes and new products. The descriptions also look great for products on quotes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ScalePad Quoter?

That prices do not automatically update on templates. When you copy a quote, the shipping and taxes do not copy. It would be nice if it communicated with a CRM. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
