- Fast and easy to make a quoting template.

- Ability to quickly create a product quote.

- The integrations with various vendors work well.

- Integration with ConnectWise Manage could use some improvements. For example, Quoter does not keep track of opportunity types. Such as hardware, managed services, project SOW, etc. It would be nice if this information could be sent over to CW.

- Quoter can get expensive. Especially since they charge you for reporting. This should be included with at least the Standard plan.

- You need to pay extra for SSO. Well, this is a security issue and should be included across all plans.

Quoter's robust item management, quoting interface and integration with other software is perfect, but we would not have chosen to use Quoter otherwise. What has really pleased us about Quoter is their customer service - all questions and requests have been dealt with promptly and new functionality has been added / changed in line with our requirements. The only downside we have experienced with Quoter is that occasionally updates break existing functionality. However we are often part of the beta branch testing these new updates, so we consider this a worthwhile setback in order to get the newest updates as they become available.
