Scalable Magento2 stack AMI is probably the easiest way to set up a Magento2 system. I like that I don't have to debug error after error while setting up the hosting environment. Instead, this is a one-click install and I am good to go with a working Magento2 installation. The best feature however is the scalability of the whole system provided by the AWS infrastructure. The 24 x 7 support from Amazon is also a large added benefit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes, the system while setting up does not identify the correct database. I was able to quickly resolve it with help from AWS support, so it was only a minor hassle. Also, the AMI runs only on larger instances. So, the per-hour cost is a bit higher than when you setup from scratch on a Linux AMI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
