What do you like best about Sawyer?

I really like how user-friendly the site is! It's a very easy layout to see the roaster of my classes/camps and easy to message all of them. The customer support is very fast and effective, always answering my questions. I use it on desktop and on my phone. The mobile site is user-friendly as well. I do really love the marketplace, where families can look up classes and camps in their area. We have found many families that way! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sawyer?

I'm not the biggest fan of the party feature on the site. I think it needs more customizations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Sawyer?

Overall, Sawyer is intuitive on both the customer-facing and admin sides. The platform is easy to work with, and anytime I've had questions, their support team has been incredibly fast to respond (a lot of the time I get a response that feels almost immediate).They have almost always answered my question the first time, and that is what makes their customer service great. What do you dislike about Sawyer?

Some areas of the system can feel clunky, as some features take multiple steps to set up, or they just aren't the most intuitive Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
