I think there should be a way Saviynt can allow participants to ask questions after the session through an online forum, since not everything can be covered during the live session. Overall, it was a very enthusiastic session. When serving snacks, please label the veg and non-veg name plates correctly. This is very important. There were too many details, and I believe the content could have been split into two sessions. If the agenda and timeline are shared ahead of the call, it will surely help participants follow along better. It would also be helpful if the deck or a summary could be shared afterward, because too many topics were covered and the audience may not retain everything to take back, convey to others, or work on later. I like using UARs, Certification campaigns, and Custom connectors that are available for our enterprise apps with Saviynt. It really helps to schedule our UAR using Manager certification campaigns for Active Directories and using all our enterprise apps in one IGA tool, which makes our admin job easy. I also appreciate that Saviynt fulfilled our need for integrating ServiceNow tickets with access requests inside IGA. Before Saviynt, a lot of this work was done manually through emails or in ServiceNow, so consolidating it in Saviynt has improved visibility, streamlined the process, and helped reduce delays. The out-of-the-box reports and analytics are also very useful whenever we need to pull data and review it.it has good documentation which helps the configuration to be done quickly.it was a very large and active saviynt forum for quick fix. I appreciate Saviynt for its good features that help onboard applications effectively and find service accounts, especially identifying where they are in use across different applications and end devices.
