My favorite feature of SAP ECC is its ability to robustly manage complex, large-scale business processes across different departments, such as finance, logistics, and procurement, within a single integrated system. SAP ECC offers strong data integrity, customizable modules, and deep control over business operations, making it ideal for large enterprises with strict compliance and reporting requirements. What I dislike about SAP ECC is its steep learning curve and outdated user interface. The system can feel unintuitive and cumbersome, especially for new or non-technical users. Customizations often require ABAP development or costly consulting support, which increases implementation and maintenance costs. Additionally, integration with modern tools and cloud-based platforms can be challenging without significant effort.
