What I like best about SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management is that it takes the hassle out of managing commissions, especially when the plans are complicated or involve lots of people. Instead of doing everything manually or in spreadsheets, it calculates earnings automatically based on the rules you set. This means fewer mistakes, faster payouts, and less back-and-forth between teams. It also works well with other SAP tools, so all the data connects smoothly across departments like HR and finance, which helps everyone stay aligned.

What I dislike about SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management is that it can be quite difficult to use without training or support. The best thing I like about this is that it has the ability to automate complex calculations with accuracy.  The most best thing is that it gives error prone spreadsheet and it is one of the most accurate source for every payout. Single feature saves countless hours and prevents endless disputes.

The only thing that i don't like about this software is the complex setup and configuration.

SAP Successfactor is the best HR analysis tool in our organisation. It almost an end of all the HR problems. It stores all data of the employess from the intial level to the retirement. It track all the data whether it is performance related aur increment related. It also helps to manage attendences and absense of the employees. It also allows the employees to download their payslips of every month. This tool also stores the personal information of the employees and employees can also see the hierarchy of the organisation.

According to my knowledge, there is no such dislikes for this amazing tool.

SAP successfactors help us in various ways now we can download our payslips, increment letter, form 16 and other required things at one place.now we dont need to approach HR for small things. We can also give our resignation over this platform and if required we can also revoke our resignation. We can also manage our attendence and also regularize the attendence if missed.

Create customizable incentive plan, add all the complexity needed and this SAP Commissions tool is resolving it and creating a accurate calculation commision plan for my team and organisation.

We were using excel all along for incenttive management but it was too hectic and time consuming and full of errors. 
SAP commisions manage all payment calculations easily. 
Useful reports and dashboards can be created with large data.
Support from Customer care team is good.

User Interface features can be inproved according to specific user needs.
Training is needed to create complex configurations and plans. 
But overall not much dislikes.

Most important benefit is improved overall Sales. As the Sales and incentives cycle time got reduced, associates get inspired to do more sales.
Time reduction in tedious mechanical work of calculations of incentives, commisions.
This tool brought transperancy to the whole incentive management process to whole team and it affects the organisation in positive way.

**What do you like best about SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (formerly SAP Commissions)?**

The are many great features of this product.  The ability to create multi, cross organizational relationships is probably the best one.  This function has allowed us to implement new sales strategies that were impossible before. 

Another great feature is the ease of use of the product.  Our speed to market is no longer measured in months or weeks but in hours.  Plan changes can be submitted in the morning, fully implemented, tested and delivered to the market that afternoon.   

The last great feature is the CallidusCloud support team.  They are available 24/7.   They are always engaging and will work tireless to resolve any issue.

**What do you dislike about SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (formerly SAP Commissions)?**

The product does require us to use specific versions of Java and Firefox on our local machines.  This has caused issues with our IT department and firewall team. 

**Recommendations to others considering SAP SuccessFactors Incentive Management (formerly SAP Commissions):**

I have been using the Callidus suite of products for over 11 years.  9 of those years was on premise.  The last 2 have been using their cloud.  I have seen a lot of vendors enter and leave the market over that span.  Callidus has been a leader in this field because of their dedication to the customer and their product.  The product is ever evolving based on what they learn from their customers.  It is a great relationship.

We needed a more productive way to pay commissions.   Our old process was slow, cumbersome, not cost effective and disliked by our auditors.  The CallidusCloud product solved all these issues.  Especially with the auditors.  We pass all internal and external audits easily now.

Ease of working with the SAP Commissions software and transparency in receiving commissions and fees are very good. Every employee knows how many hours and overtime can benefit him/her for higher income and incentive commissions. In addition, I like the structure of the software becuase it is very user-friendly and simple.

It is a really good software.  I communicate easily with it and have had no problems with it.

To use SAP Commissions  software, there was no need to install anything extra, and we pay a small monthly subscription fee for each user, and everything is on SAP cloud servers. We were able to increase the company's sales, increase the sense of participation in employees.  Everyone is competing for more income and can earn it in short time. In short, with the small cost we paid for this software, we have more sales and more income.

It is a suitable incentive system for employees, in addition to the amount of basic salary, incentive amounts can be considered for each person according to the specified goals.  A very complete and simple dashboard can be seen to categorize topics and the progress of each person to receive commissions on time.

It has improve our employees motivation and now they sell more. It's easy to use and there is no issues with this platform.

In addition to improving base salaries, we need specific and planned goals to encourage our employees to sell more with some incentive plans and targets. SAP Commissions has lot of brilliant features to solve this issue. We are a company with IT services, also sells some application software, and in this situation, we must consider appropriate incentive systems for our employees, this is one of the best.  Now our sales have increased with this commission calculation and payment automation system, and the incentive income of the employees included in this plan has also increased.

I like that it is an end-to-end solution that automates your incentive compensation process from sales order to payment. High degree of configurativity.

The system performance is not fast, and hard to create reports on top of large data sets.

We used SAP Commissions to pay all our sales representatives accurately and on time. Furthermore, it enabled us to correlate commission spend with revenue performance.
