The user interface is fantastic. Uploading romance copy for products is super easy, **What do you dislike about SAP Commerce Cloud?** the functionality of the program is not always 100%. we find using the program it freezes up a lot and needs to be restarted on the back end from our IT team. It is not a guarantee that when you log in the program is going to work. Also when trying to flow price events from hybris to CQ they do not always show up. We usually require back-end help to make sure the program runs smoothly and effectively. **Recommendations to others considering SAP Commerce Cloud:** It's a great program overall, but just be aware that it comes with its own issues. it is not always going to work the way you want it to work. we find there are a lot of workarounds to get the program to work the way we want. The thumbnails of the hero images are often off so it is hard to see if the image is actually there or not. When looking at the multimedia section you can't just open the images to see which ones are linked to this page. Overview preview don't work properly, shows only the basic layout, not the margins, padding, etc. **What problems is SAP Commerce Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am just using it for adding information to the product pages. Whether if it´s header, footer, right side or left side, and the many templates that come with it, makes it easy to understand it even if you have never used something like this before. In my case i was focused on design, but this made look into engaging the client by upgrading the UI and foreshadowing their likes. **What do you dislike about SAP Commerce Cloud?** The time it changes to load, and the sync time. At least on my particular case, we had to wait ´till the server restarts at 6 o clock for cache to be removed or ask for an Rsync. Which was a pain to bother every single time. Also there is a lack of documentation for managing variables as "green product" or having a "promo tag" but its possible to hack into it. **Recommendations to others considering SAP Commerce Cloud:** If you have a big store and want to put everything in a single webpage store or app, this is an incredible and robust software to have. **What problems is SAP Commerce Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were not making the cut for our estimated daily sales demanded, so we did a whole product page redesign, focusing on the product and the other posible products the client might be interested. Having all products in a single library, and able to lock SKU, name or brand with ease, was a big benefit for saving time by looking for the correct ID which was the category("family") the product is on, and then show them more similar, and gave us the possibility to do more, like "you might also like" components. ### 32. Until you are not tied up with organization/partner, you cannot learn this tool. Cost wise also it is bit high as compare to other Ecommerce tool. Few are open source as well. So this demerit I found.
