Before implementing SAP, we used to create purchase orders manually, which led to several challenges. The process of creating POs was time-consuming, and it was difficult to manage multiple POs at the same time. After SAP was implemented, these issues were resolved. Now, we can upload multiple POs at once instead of handling them individually, which has improved data accuracy and control. The benefits we have experienced since adopting SAP include saving a significant amount of time in our daily operations and making the PO processing much faster and more reliable.
