Sangfor Cloud Platform Reviews & Product Details

I like the ease of installation and management even of complex environments. I appreciate the HCI platform that includes virtualization, software-defined network, and virtual SAN, stretched cluster, and much more. I also use Sangfor Cloud Platform to manage cybersecurity, such as NSF firewalls. I find the initial configuration process very simple and convenient thanks to the cluster system that easily expands by adding nodes and configuring everything from the HTML5 platform. I highly recommend Sangfor Cloud Platform to others. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sangfor Cloud Platform is a reliable and easy-to-manage solution, but it can be less flexible for advanced customization and may have more limited documentation and third-party ecosystem support compared to larger cloud platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the support channel. When issues arise, I can get them resolved via email, and I appreciate the more detailed support available through remote sessions. Even when operators are not familiar with HCI, it is a great help in solving various operational issues such as VM backup, storage management, policy settings, and firmware updates. In fact, when I recently conducted updates for aDesk's VDC and VMP, it would have been impossible to do it alone, but thanks to the support, I was able to succeed. Additionally, the OS installation on the Sangfor Cloud Platform is not difficult, making the initial setup easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It would be nice if language support could be tailored to the local area. Since the guide documents and all directions are focused on English, it may be a basic matter from a global perspective, but from my perspective as a Korean, it can be somewhat difficult at times.
