**What do you like best about SalesOptima?**

Sales optima is one of the best CRM tool. 
Best thing about Sales Optima is you can keep track of potential leads. Thus as a Sales person you have more changes to close potential leads.

**What do you dislike about SalesOptima?**

They have different packages available depending on your business size need but prices are slightly high. I would suggest them to reduce their price by 10 percent. I believe this will help them to increase their sales.

**What problems is SalesOptima solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Since I am a Sales Manager therefore I have to keep track of leads that I am working on. With Sales Optima things are much easy now. I can easily check and organise list of leads that are at initial stage or that are near closing stage. Some leads need more attention therefore, I can easily identitfy leads on which I need to make more efforts to close deals.
