**What do you like best about SalesMonday?**

in my use salesmonday emerges as a standout solution for sales management, boasting a user-friendly interface that facilitates seamless navigation and task execution. 
also implementation is straightforward, complemented by robust customer support and a wealth of resources for quick onboarding. 
its accessibility encourages frequent use, aided by a comprehensive feature set covering lead tracking, pipeline management, and more. 
in salemonday also integration with our exiting system was hassle-free.

**What do you dislike about SalesMonday?**

in salesmonday in generally user-friendly and feature-rich, but still i think it has some downsides.
like the performance can occasionally lag, especially during peak times, which can be frustrating gor me. the reporting features lacks customization options, i hope these issue fixed soon!

**What problems is SalesMonday solving and how is that benefiting you?**

in my words salesmonday has really helped me streamline our lead management,
making sure i am not miss any portential customers and bossting our conversion rates.
salesmonday crm features are great for keeping track of all our customer interaction.

**What do you like best about SalesMonday?**

Monday knows how to mix an amazing design with a system that works perfectly.
I enjoy when this 2 things are mixed, I make my job while the platform is easy to use and helps to identify what you need to since the colors always guide you if you are handling the right payment/cathegory/record or if you need to check it 
.

**What do you dislike about SalesMonday?**

I don't remember a thing that dislike about this platform, since it worked perfectly while I used this tool.

**What problems is SalesMonday solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales Monday helped to locate, record and identify information. The design for me it's very important since I'm a visual person and mostly because there were so many things to pay attention when handling an inquiry regarding payments or refunds. The color help me to make sure that I was working in the right product/cathegory and to access to the information.
