Worked with our company until we got it right.  Gretchen was great!

**What do you dislike about SalesGig?**

The downside is that you may get more leads than you can handle.  I don't say that flippantly.  I didn't expect so many leads, so I had difficulty scheduling at times.

**What problems is SalesGig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales folks don't like to prospect so it helps with our prospecting and with our marketing efforts on LinkedIn.

**What do you like best about SalesGig?**

SalesGig has provided the best communication and execution that I've seen thus far. We've used a couple of other vendors in the past and I'm very happy that we found SalesGig to help accelerate our outbounding efforts in setting meetings and getting the word out about our company/platform.

**What do you dislike about SalesGig?**

Jeff has always worked with me to provide metrics in the form of excel spreadsheets. I think this could be better automated for easier access but I've heard they've begun work on creating a customer portal so I can access all this information on the website.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesGig:**

Be diligent in where your efforts are to be focused and SalesGig will allow you to execute on those campaigns/initiatives

**What problems is SalesGig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a smaller stage company, outbounding efforts take a lot of time to set qualified meetings. SalesGig has provided us a steady flow of meetings at a high margin of conversion to qualified leads

**What do you like best about SalesGig?**

The onboarding process was easy and efficient, and the SalesGig team was accommodating durign onboarding and throughout the relationship.  What I like most about SalesGig is the flexibility of their solution to target the right people.  I can make tweaks to the program in real-time and can utilize metrics from their platform to drive decision-making.

**What do you dislike about SalesGig?**

I have not come across anything that I dislike about SalesGig.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesGig:**

I would highly recommend giving SalesGig a shot.  The initial cost is minimal, and the potential for huge ROI is real.

**What problems is SalesGig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to connect with hundres of prospects quickly with a small, busy salesteam.  SalesGig is a huge asset in helping us do the initial legwork to get in front of key prospects.

Not only has SalesGig delivered on the business promise of qualified meetings, but they also provided valuable sales insight and recommendations.

**What do you dislike about SalesGig?**

Just like any lead generation service, the business is a long game. Initial appointments were across the map while we were dialing in our targeting and messaging. However, over time, the results improved and the SalesGig process proved its worth.

**What problems is SalesGig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesGig allowed my business to refine our target market, our value positioning, and access new revenue streams. Not only that, it's been a useful learning exercise for my team how to conduct outbound lead generation effectively.

I've struggled with the time and process associated with finding leads. Salesgig has been able to help me connect, interact and set meetings with people I need to speak with. It feels like I finally have a teammate. I'm shocked with the success that I've seen. The platform has been intuitive, easy to navigate and fun to use to track my success.

At this point, I've not run into anything specific that I dislike. It's working well for me so far.

Our closed business vs. spend is through the roof.  We have a greater than 5x ROI to date.

Occasionally get non-relevant meetings set. This can be fine-tuned and programmed out, though. Hiccups are to be expected at scale.

**What do you like best about SalesGig?**

SalesGig took us from relying on referrals to a fully loaded calendar of qualified sales leads. They are way more effective than my previous in-house salesperson and, quite frankly, more affordable than hiring in-house. Since starting with them, we've had nothing but growth.  From their process, the sales reps handling the lead gen to their customer service, they've been fantastic. It's honestly a weight off my chest to not have to worry about lead gen myself and to know that it's in capable hands.
I am looking forward to growing with them and would not hesitate to refer them to any business owner looking to generate leads.

**What do you dislike about SalesGig?**

I can't say that there's anything that I dislike about working with them. Any issues that I've had (which were incredibly minor) were taken care of immediately.

**What problems is SalesGig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Relying on referrals has only gotten me so far. I did try hiring a sales rep in-house as well, but in between training and the amount of time it took to get them up to speed (and the lack of results), it was super frustrating. SalesGig solved all of that for us.

**What do you like best about SalesGig?**

The team at SalesGig takes the time to understand your industry, your ideal customer profile, and your objectives as a sales organization. They lead with your core goals in mind and then reverse engineer their role in helping you achieve that end. They are upfront and honest when there is something that doesn't fall within their wheelhouse. This built trust in understanding the key areas I can rely on them. They have become an essential part of our outbound strategy and helped to build a significant pipeline within 90 days of working together. I would highly recommend them to any organization.

**What do you dislike about SalesGig?**

Initially, the weekly reports came a bit later than expected. It is something we have discussed and the situation was resolved.

**What problems is SalesGig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team had a poor outbound strategy and struggled to get in front of net new accounts. SalesGig has come in and booked 40+ meetings in less than 90 days and built up a significant pipeline. Some of which has already closed.

Sales gig throws a WIDE net. With their assistance, I've been able to connect with far more prospects than I ever would have on my own. They've also helped me schedule more meetings than I would have been able to do on my own! Working with Ben G. and his team has been a very positive experience!

Sometimes the contact numbers are inaccurate, and sometimes our wires get crossed when we reach out to potential clients.

I would recommend SalesGig to anyone looking to up their productivity and close more deals!

I'm compounding my productivity with SalesGig. They manage a lot of the sales work "behind the scenes" which frees me up to focus on customer outreach.

**What do you like best about SalesGig?**

Working with the SalesGig team is an absolute pleasure. Not only do they bring a consultative, value-added approach to the table - they are a fun and engaging team to work with and operate with total transparency. After piloting outbound campaigns with them in late 2020, we've expanded our partnership to more strategic initiatives, their ability to make different tests and scale quickly when things work is a big part of why we leverage the team. Results + relationship make SalesGig a winning partner.

**What do you dislike about SalesGig?**

We have a very complex lead routing process, and at times the team has a hard time keeping up with all the various rules. Also, HubSpot integration needs some work. It takes a long time to get the integration on its feet.

**What problems is SalesGig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesGig is helping us solve for sales bandwidth issue. Their ability to scale different types of initiatives has allowed us to pilot new concepts, scale winners quickly, and accelerate overall prospecting so our sales team can stay focused on deals that are going to close.

**What do you like best about SalesGig?**

SalesGig fulfills a specific niche of outbound sales, an area that we don't have internal resources behind. Think of them as your fractional sales team. They were great at communication, keeping me up to date on a weekly basis, and explaining their thinking and strategy. Their onboarding process was well thought out made me feel comfortable getting started. As the campaign progressed, they thought of new channels for outreach when the initial channel did not work as expected.

**What do you dislike about SalesGig?**

Their off-boarding process fell through the cracks, and I had to send a follow-up reminder to pause work after seeing more outreaching going on in the niche I was winding down. As I reviewed some of the work at that point, I noticed a pretty significant typo in the messaging. Their communication was on point and they worked quickly to resolve my concerns. When we work on the next campaign, I will be more diligent to proof everything that is sent out.

I needed a fractional sales team for outbound marketing for a specific niche we were focusing on. They were diligent, on-point, and booked several calls for me.

Working with SalesGig thus far has been a great experience, and the results have exceed my expectations. The team is focused and driven to help our business succeed, and truly cares about delivering outcomes that directly impact our bottom line.

I would like for there to be a bit more transparency into the assigned resources - and the ability to interface with them directly when neccessary - but certainly not a showstopper.

We have solved significant bandwidth issues that our sales team is facing. Now our sales team is spending more time pursuing qualified prospects and less time cold calling / prospecting.

**What do you like best about SalesGig?**

I've worked with several leadgen platforms in the past but with each of them I was utterly disappointed with the results. With SalesGig Pro the quality of leads we have been receiving has been top notch.  I like the aspect that they have already had an initial call with the person and the lead is no longer cold and I would say they are lukewarm.  Only thing I have left to do is close them.

It would be awesome to see a deeper integration with Notion or Zendesk to facilitate the transfer of conversation notes and feedback on the leads coming in.

Spend the time looking into your target market to speed up the pipeline.

We were looking for new ways to find customers and break into new markets.  In the relatively short period of time we've been working with the SalesGig team we've had numerous meetings booked that were with the right decision makers for what we needed.

**What do you like best about SalesGig?**

The platform is user intuitive and easy to navigate. It allows me the ability to speed up my sales cycle and increase top line revenue.  The message center is advantageous and helps with my communication.  Also, reporting on top lead referrals is straightforward and essential to our sales strategy.  Everything is just faster and more efficient, including payments since they're integrated with Stripe.  It truly is the best platform on the market.

**What do you dislike about SalesGig?**

There isn't much I dislike about SalesGig.  They partner with all the right companies to create easy integrations for faster and more efficiency. They could definitely use a mobile app in the near future though.

**Recommendations to others considering SalesGig:**

I would recommend SalesGig to any organization looking to enhance their sales strategy by increasing the amount of leads they receive or the quality of their leads.  SalesGig generates warm referrals, which have always been the easiest sell!  Plus, as a professional you can create an account and contribute to the lead generation pool and earn some extra income on the side.  It's like getting paid for having a LinkedIn account. 

**What problems is SalesGig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our lead drop off and conversion rates have been diminishing over the last several months.  We needed a new way to generate quality leads besides SEM and event marketing.  SalesGig solved our problems by adding to our lead generation stream.  Getting more leads weren't the only benefit, but the quality of the leads had a much higher conversion rate.

**What do you like best about SalesGig?**

The SalesGig team offers KickFactory access to businesses & key people that would take us significant time to hunt down ourselves.

**What do you dislike about SalesGig?**

We've been working with the SalesGig platform for just shy of one year. We really haven't found a "dislike" yet. The opportunities and contacts being presented to us are real, so it's hard to say there is anything we dislike at this point. 

**Recommendations to others considering SalesGig:**

Make sure your product is ready for scaling. The SalesGig has brought us a significant uptick in sales and that has brought some operational challenges to light. Great problem to have, but make sure you've thought about the consequences of adding many sales through their increased sales activity.

**What problems is SalesGig solving and how is that benefiting you?**

SalesGig expands our reach without expanding our budget. We work with SalesGiggers to access their network where KickFactory can add value to the business. The reach SalesGig has as a platform allows us access to many businesses and decision makers we would have to work much harder to secure coming at them cold. It's been a game changer for the sales arm of KickFactory.

SalesGig has introduced me to potential clients I never would have met otherwise.  As a small company our resources are dedicated to building and maintaining our product and providing a high level of service to our existing customers.

I don't really see any downside to using SalesGig.

Like any tool/service, it's important to work the tools. Listen to recommendations, leverage the resources available to you.

A primary problem that our small business faces is the ability to get in front new people.  SalesGig has helped me do this.
