The level of customization is impressive. You can do almost anything you wish, from single automation to full back-end development, this SAAS provides the tools to make anything you want possible. Before commiting to this system, we tried different alternatives, and to be honest, nothing comes close to the level of customization. I can confidently say that this is a perfect fit for our vision of service and school growth.

One thing that gets my attention is their communities sites feature since its potential is huge! It allows you to form a community, to advertise, sell, get information, you name it, it's there. It is fully featured and offers vast amounts of personalization settings so your community will always be unique. Our customers are creating contracts in real-time thanks to it, and this eases our staff load. Once their contract is created to fulfil their needs, payments are allowed inside our community so customers don't have to wait long to purchase our services.

Honestly, few things annoy me. For starters, feels like you need someone fully immersed in the system to provide compliance for all the things that change more than regularly (at least 3-4 times a year) in it. Their automation options are currently somewhat convoluted, since there are many options available for developers, and some are getting retired for no apparent reason, so development made on some options will need to be re-worked and tested.

Also, when creating sandboxes, it becomes a pain to move data from production. The system should at least give users options to select and copy custom and standard information to their liking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As cloud application, you have limited control. Upgrades scheduling may not fit your plans. The performance in very few times is not as expected. The support services are great, whether youre submitting a question to the Trailblazer community or submitting a bug ticket; you'll always find the answer you're looking for. The scalability across the enterprise is amazing - Salesforce continues to come out with upgrades and patches which allows the enterprise to grow in the virtual realm. New additions are added that keep our users on their feet and drives adoption.
