Sales Prophet offers unlimited access to their B2B data which can be used to send text-based sales sequences to support our lead generation efforts or HTML-based emails to support your marketing departments demand generation efforts. At the heart of Sales Prophet is a very robust email platform that offers one clink integration with G-suite and Office 365 as well as API integrations with Mailgun, Sparkpost and Sendgrid. The platform gives you complete control over how your emails are sent i.e. one at a time or in batches. You can also turn email open tracking and click tracking on or off for better deliverability. Sales Prophet also offers a Patent Pending Account-based email feature that allows you to send an email to multiple people typically involved in a purchase decision at your top target accounts in the same email. Sales Prophet rules engine allows you to create tasks based on prospect behavior i.e., opens, clicks, and replies. This makes it easy to find the information that you are looking for. I also like how you can customize/filter what kind of data you are looking for. **What do you dislike about Sales Prophet?** The system is has a lot of information and it can be a lot to review at one time. I think there is so much data that it lags the system. **What problems is Sales Prophet solving and how is that benefiting you?** This is solving how easily we can track sales reports by all customers in one place or it can be filtered to one specific customer. You can customize this however you like! The Sales Prophet system is also very user friendly! I also love how you can merge your calendar into Sales Prophet! ### 2. The market analysis feature of Sales Prophet has heldped me immensely in the my research and reports as it ideantifies target audience and sebments quickly when compared to google research. Our reseach time has reduced considerably. **What do you dislike about Sales Prophet?** The user interface seems to be easy to use however learning the tool was tedious. We have good support for the same yet implementation of this tool in our process was not time friendly. **What problems is Sales Prophet solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were in search of a tool that decreased our market research time and provide more support to the sales team. Sales Prophet had solution to upscale our business. one of the features, sales forecasting helped the course creators to set timely goals for the sales teams and prepare to the team with resources.
