Sales layer is very easy to use and is very easy to uploads files/photos. I like the way it is very visual so you can see the products/ information quickly.

I also like the fact it is very easy to download information to Excel and you can select what information you need so you don't have to sort through huge Excel reports. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it can be difficult getting information from the variant rather than the product ( if you don't know where the information is ). Once you know where to look its not a issue you just have to remember to go into the variant.

The only thing that some of our users find frustrating is the option to change the default language for content (translations) - we have teams responsible for the translated content that have to navigate to this (as the master/default is English) rather than view just the local/translated content. Sales Layer’s search functions can sometimes feel limited, as not all fields are indexed by default. There is a workaround using advanced search functions, but it would still be great to have a more intuitive search experience as the catalogue grows in size.
