SAIM's value is in not only the product, but the people and backend support that is offered. While it is a simple and user friendly product, SAIM is backed by industry and SMEs that provide personalized support for each site, staying engaged with local management while rolling out new features that are driven by actual users. Often times, a product will roll out features without the input from the people who actually use it; SAIM works with the actual end users to ensure that the product will be used as intended once implemented. On the ITP side, this is still a relatively new product. As a result, it can often be challenging to secure external buy-in. This remains the main obstacle to expanding SAIM.
