Can log in from anywhere/web browser, meaning no need to install on individual laptops. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User interface is poor/old fashioned looking like something before the time of Windows and the "menu system" layout is nonsensical. Making entries of transactions is slow due to the structure/layout of screens. Doing what should be simple things like tracing a payment to a supplier/receipt from a customer is onerous. Nominal account enquiries don't display any transaction detail of merit, you have to go to the specific document/transaction to get the detail. Feels like the system has been designed with the end result of data/information management in mind, without thinking about how the system is used and how the simpler things work.
