A lot of security awareness tools bury you in slide decks that nobody ever finishes; this one doesn’t. The material feels like it was written by people who actually know the subject, not generic compliance filler, and the examples match situations our team genuinely runs into. The custom-tailored training is what sold me. Being able to shape the content around our own environment and risks meant people weren’t stuck sitting through modules that had nothing to do with their job. That’s usually where engagement dies, and it didn’t happen here. Another big win was the knowledge base. We pulled a lot of the content into our internal documentation, and it helped close gaps we’d been ignoring for a while.
