Everything has been as advertised, and the team is always available for a meeting or call to discuss any issues we have. We have no problems here. **What problems is Ryzeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our main problem is capturing clients when they are on our site, whether in the cart or just while searching. The benefits are capturing lost income due to a client forgetting, getting distracted, or just having an issue on the site. The Welcome Series alone is above a 5 to 1 ROI, and the overall conversion revenue has steadily grown since signing with Ryzeo. The latest figures account for about 30% of our e-commerce sales and about 10% of our total sales. I would recommend using Ryzeo's email marketing service for anyone looking to increase their internet revenue. **What do you dislike about Ryzeo?** I don't have anything that I dislike about the service. **What problems is Ryzeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our first foray into e-commerce marketing was a disaster with a pay-per-click company; literally zero sales. He emails back very quickly and does things for us in a timely fashion. He is taking time to teach us to do things on our own and Ryzeo seems easy to work with. **What do you dislike about Ryzeo?** As of right now we do not have anything that we really dislike. Everything seems to be working properly and the process for us to send a newsletter does not seem to be hard. **What problems is Ryzeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were formally using Streamsend now Ryzeo just for our email marketing. Now we are using them to send our newsletters and it seems to be easier to send our newsletters. I have not seen a great deal of sales increase, it just may be too soon but the email marketing we have seen increase in sales in the past. ### 5. It has been showing results every month since we integrated it into our online sales. We also have a screenpopper set up through Ryzeo that allows us to gather email addresses from customers for us to stay in touch. **What do you like best about Ryzeo?** I like how easy it is to create and send emails. Also, importing and adding to email lists is very easy. After the email sends the reporting side shows all of the information we need. The Insights program is what I like best. It has demonstrated results since the beginning and is very easy to maintain. Initial integration was not the easiest thing to do but they help every step of the way. **What do you dislike about Ryzeo?** For the most part everything is awesome. When there were issues, for example, with duplicate emails in some of the reports, the support team was swift in resolving the issue. **Recommendations to others considering Ryzeo:** Highly recommend. As good as other companies out there with lower costs. **What problems is Ryzeo solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are able to reach our customer base easily. It was a good entry to product marketing. **What do you dislike about Ryzeo?** Ryzeo uses very old interfaces that are very difficult to get anything done in. You'll resort to asking them to manage all aspects of every email since it's impossible to navigate on your own.
