RPA Genie is a Robotic Process Automation (RPA) software developed by ClaySys that automates repetitive tasks to improve efficiency, eliminate human error, and reduce costs. It features a simple drag-and-drop designer, UI Explorer, extensibility with custom packages, version control, logging and error handling, a bot monitoring tool, access control, automatic triggering and queuing, and bot analytics. RPA Genie is designed to be user-friendly with a minimal learning curve and is used across various industries to automate manual processes.

**What do you like best about RPA Genie?**

By using RPA tools, the efficiency of the organization is getting better and better. Performance matrics, status reporting, and visual editor are the main feature of the application.

**What do you dislike about RPA Genie?**

Application UI suffers from a lack of easiness and it is difficult to understand, so improvements should be made in this regard. Also their is no user documentation available for user to start with.

**What problems is RPA Genie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is now automated the to reconcile many transactions which were previously need to be managed manually by the user. Also the team is now working for provide short periods of payments like quarterly, half yearly, etc.

**What do you like best about RPA Genie?**

Its take fraction of seconds to collect data from my e-store and paste in the excel sheet very smoothly. Its collects the data in very less time which makes it best.

**What do you dislike about RPA Genie?**

The only thing which i dislike about RPA Genie is the UI which is little complex. Sometime it lags on my i3 processor machine . I hope it get better in the upcoming version.

**Recommendations to others considering RPA Genie:**

My advice will be go for it anyone who is thinking to reduce their effor and time.

**What problems is RPA Genie solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps in product research. Earlier I was manually research about a group of products and make an excel sheet but now this thing handle by this software very easily.
