The 'Roxhill says' section is really good, providing a lot more information about each journalist without having to manually trawl through the articles yourself. This feature helps me quickly determine whether a journalist is likely to be interested in my story. The initial setup was easy as well. **What do you dislike about Roxhill Media?** The database for contacts outside the UK isn't as strong. More contacts across other continents and countries would be great. For example, there's lots of India publications on there but few for Australia from what I've seen. **What problems is Roxhill Media solving and how is that benefiting you?** Roxhill Media makes it easy to find emails and know which publications journalists write for. The 'Roxhill Says' section provides detailed insights into journalists' interests without manually searching, streamlining my process. ### 2. Details generally accurate. **What do you dislike about Roxhill Media?** Communication with Roxhill team/attention from one's personal account manager could be better. Many journalist details often not up to date (E.g. you call someone and they advise they'd left the publication Roxhill says they're writing for years ago), and the Roxhill team doesn’t make an effort to update, instead suggesting you “email prospect first”. Which, yes, but we all know email often doesn't suffice. So service a bit patchy, but they do make an effort. **What problems is Roxhill Media solving and how is that benefiting you?** Providing largely accurate contact details for reporters, simplifying press release distribution/journalist outreach.
