"Friendly, Helpful Support and an Easy-to-Use Platform—But Busy Days Can Frustrate"

What do you like best about Roxhill Media?

I've found the staff friendly and easy to deal with. When I've had issues (with issuing releases on busy days, when other organisations are also sharing announcements) I've found staff very helpful. I like how easy the platform is to use and understand. I like the monitoring side of things too - very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Roxhill Media?

I do get frustrated on Budget days when I am unable to issue releases instantly - that queue can sometimes cost us coverage. I also find the 'search' function infuriating at times. Typing in journalists names often yields irrelevant results. I wish you had an AI function where I could say 'I have a release about X, who shall I send it to?' and it would recommend people.
