As GTM channels become increasingly oversaturated, live events remain a rare opportunity to build real relationships and drive pipeline. Exhibitors use Romify to capture, enrich, qualify, and sync leads straight from the floor to their CRM. It connects event spend directly to pipeline, giving companies the attribution they have never had and the results they have always wanted. Most exhibitors still have not invested in the event lead process, making this one of the last major gaps in the B2B funnel. ## Romify Reviews ### 1. They also integrated with our sales booking tool, so meetings are booked directly onto our sales team’s calendars. We were able to onboard the app within 60 days of signing our RKO, and it’s worked as a true event app for sales reps. It was easy to enable, and now reps consistently capture the same qualifying questions, notes, and onsite data and send it directly to our CRM, whether we officially sponsor a show or they attend by purchasing a ticket. Overall, it has reduced our cost per lead and expanded our sourced pipeline across tradeshows and other field events. We've never had technical issues or required support. Their AI matching has been good. We are very happy with its performance. **What do you dislike about Romify?** As they develop the app we'd love a fast scanning option when we have busy activations. **What problems is Romify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Romify has changed our conversation with sales. We are now focused on handoff, & the quality of notes provided on site.
