Only pay for who you pay which is nice when you are working with contractors who are not all paid on a regular basis. **What do you dislike about Roll by ADP?** It is not a super user friendly app. It can ONLY be used on your phone and its short of clunky. Everything is done through a "chat" on the app and it can get hard to navigate. Of course there are a few things I would like to see in future updates. Or there's no notification sent when the agent replies. I run payroll twice a month and it takes five minutes. **What do you dislike about Roll by ADP?** It took me a little while to get the hang of using the app, especially what all of the icons mean and how they function. Luckily, the CSRs on the Chat are patient and knowledgeable so that made learning easy. **What problems is Roll by ADP solving and how is that benefiting you?** Roll by ADP is a super easy way to do small business payroll at a very reasonable cost. Because it's a part of ADP, I have confidence that they know what they're doing unlike some start-up apps.
