What do you like best about RockGymPro?

Rock Gym Pro has lots of moving parts, which can be confusing at first. Over time, once you really know the software, this is SO helpful. It is incredibly unusual for me to have an issue with a member account/event/etc. that I can't find the answer to. It also seems like they have thought of everything! Plus, there support staff is very responsive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about RockGymPro?

It has pretty much all the features a rock gym needs and it's relatively easy to use, depending on how your gym sets it up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about RockGymPro?

We have multiple gyms connected to the same database, and every time I go to pull in a new waiver/document, it defaults to whatever the customer's given "home" gym is... but if their home gym isn't our location, I have to and select a our location in order to finish pulling in the document. It's annoying. Also.... RGP, you crash....a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
