"Great resource for finding content quickly"

What do you like best about RocketDocs?

The most helpful part of RocketDocs is the ability to find key words quickly. In the proposal business we use a lot of the same content over and over. Being able to search for that word and the content that includes that word is so much easier than re-writing the information each time. You can use the system to insert that information into your proposal easily.

What do you dislike about RocketDocs?

The only thing I don't like about Rocketdocs is the inability to find words within a document. For example, if you have a proposal downloaded that you know contains the information you are looking for, but it hasn't been extracted and put into it's own search, there is no search function within the document once it's opened.

What problems is RocketDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?

RocketDocs allows for creating documents then enter information automatically. This saves a lot of time usually spend on cutting and pasting. The benefits are the time that it saves to have this source and the ability to ensure the most up to date information is included by going in and updating and archiving information. What do you like best about RocketDocs?

I that way folks that are different are able to focus on the file. This makes production a lot more efficient.
