I use RocketDocs to help me answer questionnaires for the firm I work for by utilizing the library to search and update our standard answers. It helps to keep all of our FAQ in one place, making it easy to search and update the content while maintaining an audit trail and history for review. I find that searching and updating answers is very easy, and the system facilitates bulk updates and changes through downloading and re-uploading Word documents. The sorting and filter functions are user-friendly, allowing me to quickly find the content I need. I also like how it's easy to see expired content and the ability to customize many fields. Transitioning from PMAPS to RocketDocs was straightforward, and I had no issues with it.

It’s easy to learn and use, and it’s an extremely helpful tool for storing, maintaining, and quickly finding proposal information when I need it.
