What do you like best about RocketDocs?

I really like the content management aspect and that it's just like working in a Microsoft Word document. Creating records and updating records is a breeze! What do you like best about RocketDocs?

Rocketdocs is very useful as a tool to store language and questionnaires for future use. I believe it has pretty great functionality and is pretty user friendly. Allows you to search through content for key language that you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The one comment I have always brought up is that it could be helpful to be able to search for key words in the records page - search for the key word in " " quotes throughout all proposals uploaded in rocketdocs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Useful software for managing language for proposals"

What do you like best about RocketDocs?

I have found RocketDocs to be a useful language database management system. In addition, it has proven useful in managing workflow within our group and with the link to Salesforce has created a bridge with the intermediary and institutional distribution groups to receive and track requests. Within the Projects space we have also created documents that link to multiple records from the Content space. This has proven useful for creating generic RFPs. What do you dislike about RocketDocs?

There are some features that we do not use because we have other systems in place that better suit our needs or we have found that some systems within RocketDocs do not adequately meet our needs so we do not use them. What do you like best about RocketDocs?

Having a personal relationship with our customer service representative at Rocket Docs is the icing on the cake to a great product. The content management system is robust and comprehensive and we love the customization available to us on the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I attended my first conference, and realized exactly what the system is capable of doing. I was partnered with a customer rep who was familiar with how our system was set up. My company went through a complete rebranding, so we are rebranding our system with Rocketdocs, and it looks AMAZING! It has made putting together offerings easier and the capabilities that it has for working on RFP's is wonderful. I was happy with the system before, and now I can't wait to show off what we have been working on. I am always pleasantly surprised what new things I learn from this team and what this system can do. "Great resource for finding content quickly"

What do you like best about RocketDocs?

The most helpful part of RocketDocs is the ability to find key words quickly. In the proposal business we use a lot of the same content over and over. Being able to search for that word and the content that includes that word is so much easier than re-writing the information each time. You can use the system to insert that information into your proposal easily.

What do you dislike about RocketDocs?

The only thing I don't like about Rocketdocs is the inability to find words within a document. For example, if you have a proposal downloaded that you know contains the information you are looking for, but it hasn't been extracted and put into it's own search, there is no search function within the document once it's opened.

There have been times that I have lost documents that I was working on and I don't like that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is RocketDocs solving and how is that benefiting you?

RocketDocs allows for creating documents then enter information automatically. This saves a lot of time usually spend on cutting and pasting. The benefits are the time that it saves to have this source and the ability to ensure the most up to date information is included by going in and updating and archiving information.
