**What do you like best about Roboost?**

We finally have full visibility over rider shifts, delays, cash custody, and performance. Route optimization helped us reduce fuel costs, and the support team is responsive and helpful.

**What do you dislike about Roboost?**

We had to realign a few internal workflows to fully leverage the automation—which is expected with any solid system.

**What problems is Roboost solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We often had complaints about delivery delays and unclear communication. With Roboost’s live tracking and automated SMS updates, customers now know exactly what’s happening with their order—which has drastically improved their experience.
