Docuverse's AI handles it all quite well now, and technical illustrations and even audio files are not a problem as the data comes out easily. **What do you dislike about Rivelio?** Docuverse integrates with best-of-breed business solutions, but I struggled with making it cooperate with my CRM. My IT people had to spend more time to sort things out and make sure the data was being transferred well. **What problems is Rivelio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Docuverse does the boring job of data extraction with due precision and leaves me with the work of analysis and decision making. You literally just upload your documents, tag and sort. **What do you dislike about Rivelio?** I could not find any sort of drag and drop, and sometimes when I upload documents, it seems to freeze until I refresh the browser. **What problems is Rivelio solving and how is that benefiting you?** Cloud Storage of important and essential documents. Before I just stored everything on a network drive, which appears to be the safest approach until that drive goes down. ### 3.
