I loved automated sourcing–since I was managing a team and also doing a fair amount of sourcing and interviewing myself, it cut down on the time I spend reviewing irrelevant resumes. Every week our contact there would give us a selection of qualified, diverse candidates who already had been contacted, and all I had to do was schedule their interviews. We were given really ambitious diversity goals from our D&I department, and given that we were a team of 3 hiring for 150+ roles, it was difficult to add that to our list of responsibilities. The RippleMatch customer success team (specifically Joseph) acts as an extension of our team. They work diligently to truly understand our needs. They're able to strategize on ways to efficiently market our positions and surface the best most diverse talent to be considered for our roles. It's been refreshing to partner with them because they're always open to interating and finding ways to both improve the product and service our specific needs for finding the best most diverse talent in the tech industry. Small campus teams can spend a lot of time sourcing and RippleMatch solves that by automating quality introductions. Allowing us to recruit and communicate with our candidates, not search for them. Little to dislike about the prodcut currently. They are still growing their user pools and will compete with other providers for candidate market share in coming years. We are solving both talent access and sourcing efficiency problems with RippleMatch. We now have a channel for applicants that goes beyond the post and prey method, and the candidates that arrive on RippleMatch platform are more likely to suceed through the entire candidate experience. I really enjoy their AutoMatch feature. We have an idea of what our ideal candidate is and RippleMatch gives us the ability to narrow down our candidate pool, allowing for higher quality candidates. Candidates are less active after graduation season so we see a slight dip in matches due to the nature of seasonality when hiring college graduates.
