I appreciate Rillion Prime a lot because it is easy to add features that help the end user, everything from that the invoices are correctly coded and sent in right flow to total touchless invoices based on agreements. Rillion as a company has extensive knowledge of integration between ERP systems and Rillion Prime. They have a knowledgeable support that always delivers, skilled system people who make upgrades and implementations simple for their customer. Rillion Prime can be set up so that even those who don't have a lot of time to work in the program feel that it's easy to use for a while each day. Quote from a colleague at my workplace: "Yes, I have received more invoices since the upgrade, but I need to spend less time on them than the ones I had before." There is nothing negative about Rillion Prime, only your imagination sets the limits for what the system can do for you. A recommendation is that you try to get one of the finance team to become a superuser so that they can help themselves a bit instead of depending on the IT department to help.
