Having used the platform for trade deductions, this reviewer appreciates the ease of coding and automating processes, along with excellent support from the team. Backup aggregation through the portal could be improved.

I like the team at Revya AI because they're really easy to work with, extremely intelligent, and super responsive via email, fixing problems as soon as possible. They really are go-getters, which I appreciate. I also like the interface the most; it's made easy and I think it's user-friendly. Plus, the initial setup was easier than I expected—you just have to send a lot of documents, and then they work really fast, which is amazing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only thing I would say is that once our deductions are coded, approved and exported, I like to delete them, so my team does not get confused. In order to delete, I have to recover and then delete, this can take time because we have a lot of deductions. It would be nice to be able t delete a bunch at a time without having to recover them.
