I really like how easy it is to code and automate trade deductions with Revya AI. The approval and deduction coding process is simple, and the accuracy and efficiency are way better than doing it manually. It's also straightforward to get repaid for invalid deductions and to discover them in the first place. The setup was very easy too. On top of that, their team is super responsive, and I have to say, working with Komal and Karishma has been great—they are the best implementation and support team I've ever encountered. Plus, it syncs seamlessly with Quickbooks.

User-Friendly Finance Tool with Exceptional Team Support
I like the team at Revya AI because they're really easy to work with, extremely intelligent, and super responsive via email, fixing problems as soon as possible. They really are go-getters, which I appreciate. I also like the interface the most; it's made easy and I think it's user-friendly. Plus, the initial setup was easier than I expected—you just have to send a lot of documents, and then they work really fast, which is amazing.

What is Revya?
Revya is deduction recovery and trade promotion software for CPG brands selling through distributors. It reads the remittances and backup files from UNFI, KeHE and 12 other distributors, matches every deduction to what caused it, checks it against the brand's own shipping and promotional documents, and files the disputes that do not hold up before each distributor's window closes. Valid deductions get coded to the right account so trade spend lands where it belongs. Revya currently manages more than $120M in deductions across 16,000+ processed deductions.
