When I pull reports for UPS or FedEx, I use Reveel's software instead as it comes in a better format and I can pull both carries info at the same time. This software platform has literally replaced that of a full time analyst. **What do you dislike about Reveel?** There is really nothing I don't like about Reveel. If you need something they don't currently offer, talk to their team. They are more than willing to help you out. **What problems is Reveel solving and how is that benefiting you?** The ability to analyze reports better and put the agreements side by side to see the differences. ### 2. The Vital Factors on the app gives us a quick view of spend and suggestions on how to improve problem areas. Implementation was a breeze and cutomer support is excellent. **What do you dislike about Reveel?** Some of the reporting could be better. Currently, you have to export large dumps of data and parse it yourself. **What problems is Reveel solving and how is that benefiting you?** Reveel is helping us watch our spend. We are currently running about 10% of revenue and Reveel has given us the tools to understand where that spend is going and how we can control it and reduce it. ### 3. This software allowed for it is quick concise manner that was understandable. Having their experts review the data, gave us the confidence to negotiatiate to maximize our savings. **What do you dislike about Reveel?** Honestly there is nothing I can think of. There is a cost that comes with their help however we still saw a large savings that we would not have approached without Reveel **What problems is Reveel solving and how is that benefiting you?** It allowed to analyze our small package shipments in a way we could never do our own. It is very quick to access and use.
