The best about Returning.AI is helps the businessman to build an AI powered community to get the valid users to manage grow and help community between us.

Its need to be implemented yet, its very time consuming to take out the easy version of this. Thier audio and video are still implementing.

The use case of the product is quite good and structured for the community builders

The thing I disliked was that this website wasted my time. Response time is too slow!
I couldn't find much features while exploring Returning.AI.

It couldn't help me anything despite wasting my time!

Helpful for quick turnaround requirements
Its user friendly and can be intrigrated with existing CRM tool.

Community building is day to day reuqirment in my organisation so we are in touch multiple partners to help us with requirements. One of my friend who is a user of Returning.ai informed me about same. I found it so useful for my day to day life. Now, it's helping in creating community building activities with quality sample.

I appreciate the ability to tailor virtually every aspect, including an extensive range of colors beyond mere presets, various font choices, dark and light themes, gamification features, and much more. The developers genuinely aim to enable users to transform the platform into a true reflection of their brand

The application programming interface (API) designed for gamification is currently under development. At this time, the audio and video channels remain a work in progress.

Returning ai is the best tool for showing personalised insights by analysing user data. It helps on my planning and decision making. A good data analysis tool.

the interface is not much user friendly. Needs complete data for a proper insights can't do with whatever available.

Amount of money is charges for developing bots is high.

**What do you like best about Returning.AI?**

First the platform is very stable and the interface is mature and well thought through. These are essentials. The member experience comes first and this ticks all the boxes. We were able to tailor the service to the specific journey we had mapped for our members without the bloatware we had from others. Support is 100%. Fast and helpful. Also a differentiator as the other platforms we have used or tried were let down by their unresponsive support. For anyone new to community building, the training and documentation got us up and running very quickly.

**What do you dislike about Returning.AI?**

Nothing to dislike yet. I will update after we have onboarded more people and run through some live cohorts.

**What problems is Returning.AI solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving the member journey. Progressing from what can be a glorified forum to a networking platform. We rely on creating real connections between people. This provides an intelligent way to not just connect people but make the right connections.
