RethinkCare Reviews & Product Details

RethinkCare is an employer-sponsored benefit built for neurodiversity, disability, caregiving, and the everyday complexity of work and life. It supports employees, managers, and families with practical guidance for executive functioning, communication, stress regulation, workplace needs, parenting, and family support. Expert coaching, guided journeys, care navigation, and an extensive digital content library work together in one connected experience. Support is delivered by Board Certified Behavior Analysts and lived-experience coaches. Rather than requiring members to navigate separate tools for each need, RethinkCare helps them identify the right next step and access support that can adapt as their circumstances change. RethinkCare serves members across 190+ countries. Members report regaining 2-3 hours of productivity per week, and a Forrester Total Economic Impact™ study found a 119% return on investment for a composite organization, with payback in less than six months.
