One of their support staff was very helpful over the time we used them. **What do you dislike about ResultsPlus?** They are way behind in terms of new features and not staying up to date. **What problems is ResultsPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?** No longer using them. Switched to another vendor. ### 6. You can send acknowledgements directly through the system. **What do you dislike about ResultsPlus?** The search feature isn't always the most accurate, and it's occasionally lagging **Recommendations to others considering ResultsPlus:** It is a helpful donor database, but a little outdated. **What problems is ResultsPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is the perfect donor database that has helped us to analyze our donor profiles and manage memberships ### 7. Specifically however, I like that there are many shortcuts to help the process of entering donations go faster and smoother. For example, quick entry forms are a great way to cut the data entry time in half! I have not used Results Plus to it's full capacity, however I know that you can sure do a lot with it! It can also be easily manipulated to hold and organize data for major fundraising events, in a way that works best for our company. **What do you dislike about ResultsPlus?** When creating an acknowledgment of donation letter for a notificant, the path is a little strange. When you click on the Mailing Wizard, you have to click the back button, and then switch it to the notificant option. There are a few other little strange paths like this one. It would also be nice id there was a better "search" bar, to locate specific tasks that you may have forgotten where to find. **Recommendations to others considering ResultsPlus:** While i do like the flexibility of Results Plus, I would suggest becoming familiar with the software first, before just diving in and trying to figure it out as you go. **What problems is ResultsPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our main benefit from using Results Plus is that we have one place where all of our donations and donor information will be stored. Records can be pulled from the very beginning of when the company started to use Results to maintain fundraising and donor records. ### 8. Not sure if I'd recommend or use again. ### 9. A great starter software for Development and Fundraising Office **Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2017 **What do you like best about ResultsPlus?** The search functions are incredibly helpful when I only know what the name sounds like and what part of the country they live in. It narrows down my crawling through every donor name. Being able to automatically create acknowledgement letters was helpful, but with recent weird updates to our computers, I'm stuck using Mail Merge on Word instead **What do you dislike about ResultsPlus?** We have a process at our organization before we can release batches of receipted donations. Unfortunately, this often leads to several batches in the queue to be released, and the un-released batches aren't searchable (that I've found) so I end up having to sift through each donation to find a record of what I need. **Recommendations to others considering ResultsPlus:** Make sure it fits your needs. **What problems is ResultsPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?** Tracking donors is essential in the nonprofit world, and Results Plus is a perfectly functional tool for this endeavor. Does it sometimes feel as though you're using software designed by someone who never updated their computer from Microsoft ME and had no concept of intuitive-design? A little bit. Does it get the job done and have some hidden advantages for those who take the time to learn how to cultivate donors and view data branches? Yes. Much like any software, you get what you put in. Results Plus is one of the better donor management software out there, and I don't hate it. ### 10. The layout used to enter donations was more user friendly because it appeared as it did on the donor profile. **What do you dislike about ResultsPlus?** The function to track actions or contact with the donor wasn't very straight forward and wasn't solicitor specific. **What problems is ResultsPlus solving and how is that benefiting you?** I don't currently use ResultsPlus, but it was used for donor management, prospect research, and fundraising. ### 11.
