The sales process is great, you're promised a lot of connections and journalists are only a few clicks away. The sales staff really know how to grab you hook, line and sinker. We thought it would solve all our PR needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Post sales, it is a different story, you need more bolt-ons, you are in reality one of the thousands of respondents to questions and are just noise to the news outlets. Having made contact with a Top Tier journalist contact outside their service, they laughed when I said we were going to potentially push stuff out via Response Source as it's not a route most take on board.
Also, having never used hardly any of the software due to no post-sales support, they snuck in an annual renewal without ever emailing, contacting or speaking to us. Then the moment you contest this, you're toast and its lawyers all the way.
So if you're an SME, make sure to give notice on the day you subscribe as its deep within the T&Cs, and do it with a health warning. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
