"BitScale Is a Game-Changer: Fast, Accurate AI Enrichment and Seamless Automation"
What do you like best about BitScale?

We've been using BitScale for our B2B outbound campaigns for the past few months, and the results have been outstanding. As a sales team that relies heavily on accurate, enriched lead data, finding a tool that actually delivers on its promises was a game-changer for us.

What I like most:

The AI-powered enrichment is incredibly fast and accurate. What used to take our team hours of manual research is now done in minutes. The platform pulls in highly relevant data points — company size, decision-maker contacts, tech stacks, and more — with a level of accuracy that genuinely impressed us.

The workflow automation is seamless. We were able to set up our first enrichment pipeline in under 30 minutes, even without a technical background. The UI is intuitive, and the documentation is clear and helpful.

Customer support has been exceptional. Every time we've had a question, the team responded quickly and resolved our issues with genuine care. It feels like they're invested in our success, not just closing tickets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BitScale?

The credit system can feel limiting for high-volume users, and occasional enrichment misses require manual verification Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Simple, Fast, and Reliable for Verified B2B Email Prospecting"
What do you like best about BitScale?

What I like most about BitScale is its simplicity and speed. The interface is clean and intuitive — no steep learning curve, just straight to work. It runs fast, and most importantly, it does a solid job finding verified email addresses. For B2B prospecting at scale, that reliability matters a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BitScale?

The main thing I'd love to see improved is a feature where you could upload a list of companies and have BitScale automatically monitor them on a weekly basis — flagging any buying signals that appear over time. That kind of proactive tracking would make it an even more powerful prospecting tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Flexible No-Code Enrichment Workflows That Save Hours Every Week"
What do you like best about BitScale?

The flexibility of being able to build out multi-step enrichment workflows without needing a developer is genuinely impressive. It feels a lot like Clay in terms of how much you can do with it, but the interface clicks faster for me. I can pull in data from multiple sources, run it through logic, and push it somewhere useful all in one place. Saves me hours every week. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BitScale: Effective GTM Tool with Excellent Support"
What do you like best about BitScale?

I enjoy the simple learning curve and clean UI of BitScale, which makes it easy to understand compared to other market options. I appreciate the team's quick response to issues on the Slack channel, as it makes it easy to fix bugs or relay feedback. BitScale has seen a lot of growth in the past year, which is great. What do you dislike about BitScale?

I think sometimes they put down the platform for maintenance without notifying the community. I think that can be improved. Just like a heads up before they do that. As well as maybe more flexibility on the pay-per-use kind of plan. I'm not sure about how it would implicate for business and ROI and stuff, but it would really help the lower content or lower, like, solopreneur agencies that are trying to use this to build a list for themselves. So sort of an API connection, you know, they can connect in and use a pay-as-they-go kind of thing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Seamless Lead Generation and Data Enrichment"
What do you like best about BitScale?

I appreciate BitScale's ease of use, with an intuitive UI that means zero learning curve, allowing you to be up and running immediately. I love the platform's ability for proper intent signal-based researching and prospecting, which helps to prioritize leads who are actually in the market, making our outreach far more targeted and effective. Additionally, I find having multiple data providers in one place very useful for running outbound campaigns. The initial setup was like plug and play, making it straightforward to start using. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BitScale?

The credits analytics could be more detailed, such as showing a breakdown of how many prospects were enriched per credit. Detailed credit analytics help us track ROI and plan usage effectively. A usage history dashboard and credit alerts would make budget management much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Data Enrichment Made Easy with BitScale"
What do you like best about BitScale?

I like that BitScale has multiple features or plug-ins built right in, including the email and phone waterfall feature, which scans through multiple vendor portals for accurate data, and the ability to check their validity. I also enjoy the option of auto-populating all rows with a single click, which is especially helpful with large data sets. Moreover, the platform allows me to easily handle extra large volumes of data in a single click and completely enrich my database using the upload excel or CSV feature. I appreciate being able to modify the settings of each enrichment column based on how many credits I intend to spend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BitScale?

The speed of the platform drops considerably when multiple users from my team use it simultaneously. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Cost-Effective with Room to Improve"
What do you like best about BitScale?

I like how BitScale has some built-in tools and enrichments that help me scale my work. The ease of use is definitely there with these inbuilt tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BitScale?

The bit agent models are not that great. They're not as customizable as I would like, especially compared to competitors like Clay. Also, I'm worried about the database filters—they're not very clean. Sometimes, when I'm searching for a particular job role, I have to input, like, 30 keywords. That is a pain, but rest is okay. "Efficient, Affordable, and Easy to Use"
What do you like best about BitScale?

I find BitScale super simple to use, making my tasks easier. The price is a major advantage, especially after my previous tool, Clay, increased its pricing. The integration capabilities with various tools are valuable, and the enrichment success rate is impressive. I also appreciate BitScale's customer support, which really adds to its worth. Setting it up was super easy too, and I'd recommend it; I rated it an 8 out of 10. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent for Lead Enrichment with Great Integration"
What do you like best about BitScale?

I find the LinkedIn Sales Navigator integration in BitScale very useful, as it makes it easy to create a list of people to contact via LinkedIn and then use the search results inside BitScale. I also appreciate that the initial setup of BitScale is very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BitScale?

Occasional bugs, but nothing the support team hasn't been able to resolve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
