**What do you like best about Resolve AI Chatbot?**

The team was helpful, Knowledgeable, and willing to cater to our needs so the bot became a perfect fit. It has helped our operations run smoothly. I love that the team is always looking to improve and they would often send us updates on new features and functions.

**What do you dislike about Resolve AI Chatbot?**

It's still in progress so it can be a bit clunky. I expect this to be fixed soon as the team is always improving.

**What problems is Resolve AI Chatbot solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has greatly reduced the phone calls and emails for IT and facilities issues that we've had in the past. I am now able to proritize all the requests in one place and track their progress.
