Request Tracker (RT) offers flexible, affordable pricing designed for teams of any size. Our Starter hosting plan begins at $15 per user per month (5-user minimum), with options that scale to larger organizations and enterprise environments.

All plans include RT’s full ticketing and workflow capabilities, email integration, automation, dashboards, and unlimited external requesters. Advanced plans add enhanced support, higher storage, SSO, and dedicated environments.

RT is also available as an open-source solution for on-premise deployment at no cost, with optional paid support and consulting services from Best Practical Solutions.

Request trackers handle sensitive information, so data security and privacy must be a top priority. So therefore I have to make sure that we are pritecting other people's privacy while using it.
