## Reputation House Reviews
  ### 1. Evidence-Backed Signals That Drop Straight Into Our Briefings

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**What do you like best about Reputation House?**

They don't hand over a pile of mentions. Their team tells us which signals matter and why, and shows the evidence behind each conclusion. The format goes straight into our internal briefing materials, which saved us a second round of prep work.

**What do you dislike about Reputation House?**

Their standard export didn't match our investment team template, so we reformatted sections by hand. They built us a separate version once we raised it, but that alignment belonged in the setup phase.

**Recommendations to others considering Reputation House:**

Define your risk categories and priority signals before the engagement starts. Assign someone internally to review the outputs and send feedback in the first weeks rather than at the first quarterly review. You'll get usable results sooner and spend less time on corrections.

**What problems is Reputation House solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before each investment committee meeting, we pulled search results, media mentions and review data by hand. Everything came in a different format, so we couldn't compare risk exposure across portfolio companies or see how it moved quarter to quarter. Reputation House built one methodology and a baseline assessment for every company. Through the Risk Control Center, we can now review search, media and review signals across the portfolio in one place and compare changes between reporting periods. That has reduced the amount of manual research and made the findings easier to use in investment committee materials.

  ### 2. Built a credible digital foundation before our European market launch

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derek S. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account added to their profile

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 31, 2026

**What do you like best about Reputation House?**

They were straightforward about what was achievable and what wasn't, which made the whole process easier to manage. They also respected that we had a fixed launch date and treated that as a real constraint — deliverables came in ahead of schedule. Pricing was transparent and scoped to actual needs, with no pressure to expand the engagement beyond what we'd agreed.

**What do you dislike about Reputation House?**

Timezone differences occasionally meant next-day turnaround on non-urgent requests. Their team is distributed, so responses from the European morning sometimes came in the evening or following day. It never affected anything critical, but it's worth building into your planning if you have time-sensitive requests.

**Recommendations to others considering Reputation House:**

If you're a small or mid-sized company preparing to enter new markets and need a credible digital presence in place before you start outreach, RH is a practical choice. Be clear about your timeline and the specific outcomes you need, and the engagement stays focused.

**What problems is Reputation House solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We're a sports science company that was preparing to launch a new product line across several European markets. Before launch, we mapped what a potential B2B partner or professional athlete would actually find when searching for us — and the picture wasn't convincing. Some old forum mentions, a few outdated directory listings, and nothing that established credibility. RH built out a structured baseline of neutral, factual content across relevant platforms and addressed a couple of legacy threads about our founder that were still surfacing in branded search results. We went into launch with a digital presence that reflected the company as it actually is.

  ### 3. Solution for an unusual problem

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Antone K. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Validated Reviewer:** Validated through a business email account added to their profile

**Source: Organic:** Organic review. This review was written entirely without invitation or incentive from G2, a seller, or an affiliate.

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2026

**What do you like best about Reputation House?**

The company finds everything that needs to be fixed. We had no idea that some regulators and partners use more than just Google. That detail surprised us. We used their Risk Control Center and were satisfied with the approach.

**What do you dislike about Reputation House?**

There were occasional delays with feedback - but that might have been due to the time zone difference.

**What problems is Reputation House solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reputation House found old discussions from our forums that were still ranking on Yahoo and Bing, where users were arguing about the reliability of our algorithms. The committee could have noticed those discussions. RH replaced them with fresh technical articles and case studies. In the end, we got the certification.
