They go very close to real-time and with precise information

The data could be immediate, so that all the information doesn't take long to fall onto the platform.

**What do you like best about ReportsNow?**

ReportsNow generates reports in easy to understand format. Users can quickly access general information to communicate to customers. Integrates seamlessly with JDE reports.

**What do you dislike about ReportsNow?**

Some improvements could be made so that reports are more customizable to the business although more complex software can be used for that purpose.

**What problems is ReportsNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives user access to information in real time. Calculations are done quickly and results are presented in a format any user can understand.

**What do you like best about ReportsNow?**

We have integrated ReportsNow with JDE and have much more powerful reporting options for our users.

**What do you dislike about ReportsNow?**

I haven't found anything I dislike.  I am still learning how to use but from what I've seen thus far, no outstanding issues.

**What problems is ReportsNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We can run ad hoc reports for users in minutes instead of having to build a new JDE report to accomplish the same task.  Sorting and filtering are much quicker with ReportsNow.

**What do you like best about ReportsNow?**

I am able to find the information I need quickly and easily. It does all the calculations that I need in an easy to read format.

**What do you dislike about ReportsNow?**

I would like to have some customizable features so that I would be able to create my own reports.

**Recommendations to others considering ReportsNow:**

I would recommend trying it and seeing if it works for your company. It has a nice user interface and lots of data. Just did not work for me.


**What problems is ReportsNow solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to share my charts and data with my coworkers without any issues and it allows everyone to stay on the same page and make updates as necessary.
